Martin Heise

Martin Heise has been headquartered in Boca Raton for over 35 years. Mr. Heise, a State of Florida Certified General Contractor, is the principal of City Construction & Development and its affiliate, Spanish River Construction, Inc. He is also a principal in numerous companies that own shopping centers throughout Florida and he has been involved with the development, general contracting, leasing and/or property management of these shopping centers as well as properties located in Wisconsin and the Washington D.C. area. This portfolio of properties consists of many highly successful shopping centers located on high traffic roads in prime retail locations.
Lilly Vasallo

Lilly is our property manager with over 15 of commercial property management experience. She has managed over 1 million square feet of power centers, industrial and high rise buildings. She currently oversees over 400,000 square feet of retail properties in Miami Dade, Broward, Palm Beach and Venice.
Nicole Messer, CCIM
Leasing and Aquisitions Manager

Nicole is a licensed Real Estate Broker and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
An accomplished commercial real estate veteran whom began her Commercial Real Estate career in 2007.
Since then Nicole has been actively involved in many facets of the commercial real estate industry and has leased/sold millions of square feet throughout the South Florida market.
Nicole’s primary focus is marketing and leasing the firms existing portfolio in addition to site selection and analysis for future development opportunities.
Nancy Heise

Nancy is our in-house financial controller and is an actively licensed State of Florida Certified Public Accountant since 1988. She is also a 1986 graduate of FAU who has worked both in public and private accounting in South Florida since 1984.
